emco offers a wide range of paper measurement technology for a wide variety of applications:

Order and dispatch
emco GmbH offers products and services for paper testing. You can purchase high-quality measuring devices and automatic testing machines that are suitable for a wide range of applications in paper production and paper processing.
You can order our measuring devices and accessories by phone or email.
You can also order selected spare and wear parts quickly and easily via our online shop.
You can view the current delivery time for the individual devices on our website on the respective product page.
The delivery time for hand-held measuring devices is usually one to four working days. Laboratory measuring devices are delivered within one to two weeks.
We ship goods within Germany, to the EU and also worldwide, provided there are no export restrictions.
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the goods, the shipping method and the country of destination.
Within Germany we ship our goods with DHL, within the EU and worldwide usually with FedEx or DHL. Larger laboratory measuring devices are shipped via freight forwarders.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. Please also check your spam folder.
After placing the pick-up order with the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail. You can view the status of your delivery at any time using the shipment tracking function.

Repairs and service
If you have any problems with your measuring device, you can contact us during business hours by e-mail at emco@emco-leipzig.de or by telephone on + 49 341 27146-0.
In the event of a technical emergency, we endeavour to find a quick solution. Depending on capacity utilisation, a service technician can be on site within a few working days to repair the fault.
Please use suitable transport packaging to transport your measuring device. It is advisable to keep the packaging used for delivery and to reuse it in the event of despatch.
We offer to carry out measurements in our own laboratory. By prior arrangement, your paper samples are tested for certain properties and the results are summarised for you in a test report. Please contact us for a non-binding offer.
