Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reasons.

This withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered together;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered separately.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

in a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To do this you may – but are not obliged to – use the enclosed sample cancellation form.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you submit your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, then we must refund you for any payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification from you of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you we will use the same payment method as the one you used for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund. 

We may refuse to refund payments until we have received the goods back or until you have furnished proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods only if such diminished value is attributable to a handling of the goods which was not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functionality.

Reasons for exclusion or extinction of rights

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and whose production is governed by an individual choice of or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs of the consumer;
• for the supply of goods which, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed, after delivery, with other items;
• for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, if they were unsealed after delivery;
• where the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance; this shall not apply as regards additional services provided on the occasion of such visit that the consumer has not specifically requested, or as regards any goods delivered on the occasion of such visit that are not absolutely required as replacement parts in carrying out the maintenance or in making the repairs.
